Hello everyone, I'm Kay.
I was born and raised in the industrial West Midlands, UK and became a Christian through an encounter in the spirit when I was 15. Now living in Devon, I am an ex-teacher, church leader and Mum of 3 grown children seeking to live in union with The Heavenly Family.

I have been part of the leadership at Marketplace Ministries for a number of years and continue in that role outside of Engage Retreats. I am an experienced teacher, mentor and healer who loves to encourage people into a greater flow of their Kingdom lifestyle. Nothing gives me greater pleasure than seeing others experience more of the heavenly realms and the true unconditional love of God.

For the last 20 years I’ve walked through my own inner healing journey and am passionate about helping others heal their anxiety, stress and trauma. I now walk alongside people globally as they discover new levels of freedom and receive restoration of their true self. From the place of knowing we are loved unconditionally and live in union with the Trinity we are able to live out our joyful destiny. I love watching people as they learn to live from a different perspective, develop new mindsets, and unlock their potential.

Ronnie lives in Sydney enjoys life, loves Jesus, her family & community. She is a wife, mum and grandma to 8 amazing grandchildren.
She is a connector of people and one of her favourite joys is a latte and hearing the treasure within others & their life stories.

Travel, learning anything about the latest healing device or inner healing are right up her alley.
Our chef Rachel founded Dinner on the Table - a social enterprise catering company focused on caring for people through really good food.

I am thrilled to welcome her to our event team​ which also enables them to cook for a family living with disability

Lydia lives in Leeds with her wonderful husband Jonathan. She works with executives and professionals to optimise their internal energetic flow, so they can maximise their potentials.
Our chef Al Roberto founded Simmer Kitchen which is one of the North’s leading private dining consultancies. I am so thrilled to be welcoming Al, who lives locally, as part of the team for our Ilkley retreat.
