Am I free to do my own thing?Yes, but you will find most benefit from the retreat if you plan to attend all group sessions. There will be various art materials and inspirational spaces around at the venue which you will have free access to outside group session times.

Are there currently any special discounted offers?Early Bird offers for the Australia Retreat ended 18 August 2024

Are airport transfers included?No. You will need to make your own arrangements to arrive at the venue.

What is the daily schedule?After breakfast the group will gather for inspiration for the day and an activational guided meditation/engagement led by Kay followed by time to seek your own connection with the Heavenly Family. Some inspirational prompts and creative materials will be available around the venue and grounds throughout the day. Kay will lead a further session both after lunch ( followed by free time) and dinner which will also include opportunities for sharing from your personal experience of the day should you wish to. Venue facilities will be available during all free times.

What if I have dietary restrictions?If you have dietary restrictions please email us at hello@engageretreats.world. All meals are included in the cost of the retreat. Do feel free to bring any additional snacks you may need.

What do I need to bring?You will need a journal, trainers if you want to explore the local landscape, and sunscreen. Your own towels will be necessary and layers of clothing are advisable as it may get cool in the evening.

My payment method was declined, how can I fix this?One common reason this occurs is for a company or bank, a sudden international transaction may seem suspicious. However, Engage Retreats is aware a declined international transaction can present an unnecessary hassle and concern. Our suggested next steps is to call your bank immediately even if YOU DO NOT RECEIVE NOTIFICATION FROM THEM. Not informing the bank / Card Company - Before using your card overseas, you must inform your Bank / card company. Refer to your bank's website or mobile app for options to do so. If not done, it is very much possible that the bank will decline the transaction. But such rejections can be avoided with a few simple corrective measures and by keeping a few things in mind.
